(A) Before you proceed you should have the following documents handy

  • Documents of the candidate who is applying in jpeg format must be available on your computer.
    1. Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate
    2. Passport Size Photograph
    3. Latest Report Card
    4. Aadhar Card
    5. Passport details
    6. PAN Card
  • The registration process involves sending an OTP for verification to your personal e-mail ID and mobile phone, therefore make sure you have proper network on your mobile phone and your e-mail account is active.
  • Once the entire process is complete, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail.
  • Any incorrect or wrong information provided for the purpose of registration of your ward may result in cancellation of registration and the registration fee towards this registration will not be refunded.

(B) The Registration Process

The following steps must be completed:

  • Filling up of the necessary information about the candidate and parents.
  • Uploading of required documents.
  • Confirmation of information provided on the Registration Form (Steps 1 & 2).
  • Payment gateway disclaimer.
  • Online Payment through payment gateway.
  • On confirmation of payment, e-mail confirmation receipt and other details.
